- 2 Bananas Mashed
- 3/4 Cup Dates
- 1/3 Cup Walnuts Chopped
- 1 1/4 Cup GF Flour
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Maple
- 1/3 Cup Plant Milk of Your Preference
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees fan forced.
In a mixer add all of the ingredients together and mix gently together till all ingredients are well mixed together.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Poor in mixture to Loaf tin.
Bake for 45 minutes until a metal skewer can easily be poked into the cake and come out clean.
Serve warm or store till ready to eat. Also freezer friendly.
