Vegan Banana, Date & Walnut Loaf

  • Loaf Tin
  • Baking Paper
  • Cup Measurements
  • Spoon Measurements

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Bananas Mashed
  • 3/4 Cup Dates
  • 1/3 Cup Walnuts Chopped
  • 1 1/4 Cup GF Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Hemp Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Maple
  • 1/3 Cup Plant Milk of Your Preference
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees fan forced.
  • In a mixer add all of the ingredients together and mix gently together till all ingredients are well mixed together. 
  • Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  • Poor in mixture to Loaf tin.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until a metal skewer can easily be poked into the cake and come out clean.
  • Serve warm or store till ready to eat. Also freezer friendly.
