Baked Pumpkin
Such a versatile, tasty and healthy addition to your recipe repertoire! I use these on my breakfasts - a wedge onto of a smashed Avo delight, or in a nourish bowl, or just as it is.
Equipment
- Knife
- Tray Liner
Ingredients
- 1 Pumpin (Jap or Kent) Cut into wedges
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Fan Forced
- Cut Pumpkin into Wedges - I like mine to be about 4cm at the thickest part
- Place them onto a tray and lightly coat with oil
- Put the tray into the oven and cook for about 20 mins - or until golden and you can literally smell the amazing smell of the pumpkin throughout your home! Trust me it smells amazing
- Once cooked, allow to cool.
- Place in a Air-tight container for storage to use when needed.
