Vegan Banana, Date & Walnut Loaf
This is one of our family favourites! Quick and easy to make, healthy and you guessed it - so tasty!
Equipment
- Mixer
- Loaf Tin
- Baking Paper
- Cup Measurements
- Spoon Measurements
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas Mashed
- 3/4 Cup Dates
- 1/3 Cup Walnuts Chopped
- 1 1/4 Cup GF Flour
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Maple
- 1/3 Cup Plant Milk of Your Preference
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees fan forced.
- In a mixer add all of the ingredients together and mix gently together till all ingredients are well mixed together.
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Poor in mixture to Loaf tin.
- Bake for 45 minutes until a metal skewer can easily be poked into the cake and come out clean.
- Serve warm or store till ready to eat. Also freezer friendly.
